I have deleted the app , logged in and out , and i still havent gotton my premium please any help?

Hi. Do you only use spotify on iphone? What does it say under "subscription status" on this page? Also is the username shown there the same as on your spotify email receipt?

On my receipt it has my username , it says i have spirit unlimited , and i use it on my iPhone and ipod

Unlimited only benefits you on a PC. On mobile devices, you need premium if you want ad-free on demand music. If you go to the upgrade page, your unused unlimited days will be converted to half that number of days of premium. There's a chart here which shows the differences between the subscription tiers.
