Offline mode data usage

Hello
The songs on the list marked as offline does not download. The arrow in the left moves, but nothing happens. The only song that I get with the green arrow are the ones that I play, the rest doesn't download. I have enough space in my IPad 3, latest IOS. I have reinstall the app, disconnect and connect wifi, tried only with 3G connection (option set to sync with 3G), reset the IPad.... I have trying for four hours, and I only get the songs I played. Of course I have been with the wifi connected all the time, I am a premium user and Spotify open. What's the problem? My wifi connection is 100 MB, so by sure is not a speed problem. Thanks in advance for the help

Ypu have more than the recommended 1GB of free space on your ipad and you haven't exceeded the 3,333 offline track limit? If so, try reinstalling spotify in case there is an issue with the cache. Unfortunately you will need to redownload your music 😞

Hi, just Got the same problem. I don't know about it works by you. But my solution was :
Turn all awailable playlist to online mode only.
Go Info setting on your phone
To turn sync over 3 G to on
Move stream to Extreme
Move sync to Extreme.
Take 1 playlist After another and make Them to offline list.
