Need help with two things

I have an iPhone 4S running on iOS 6.
The latest updated has mess with my spotify a lot. When I search a song and try and play it from the search menu, the app crashes. I have to go to the album to play the song. Am I the only one with this problem?

Secondly, discover is missing and I don't have what's new either. Also before discover came up missing. When I try and hold the play button down to preview a song, it wouldn't play.

I don't know if it is because I need to up date to iOS 7, but I really wish that isn't the case. I hate iOS 7 on the iPhone 4S. I had it on my old iPhone 4 and it ran so slow.

Is there anyway to fix any of this with out updating?

@Aylss Discover is now located under Browse.
