Syncing and offline issue

Hi,

My iphone will not sync or d/l any tracks so they're available offline. Now all the tracks that were previsouly available offline no longer are either. I have over 2gb of space on my phone.

That's not good to hear. Just to check, how many available devices show over here? If there's 3 this might be where your trouble lies. Try unsyncing one, does that help? Let us know hwo that chekc goes.

Can you click here and login to your Spotify Account and check whether its on premium?
http://www.spotify.com/account

If it's on premium, can you go to this link:
https://www.spotify.com/account/offline-devices/?_ga=1.90326418.960391241.1404140606

and click on Remove All Devices and try to log-out and login to your iPad app again?
(Logging out: Spotify Settings > Logout)
