I have a Premium User on spotify and I can not run a song forward and backward through the lock screen

It is in everyone like this?

I just tested it and it looks like you can't do that. I believe it only works with the stock "music" app.

To add on:
You can only click next and previous once the song is playing from the Spotify app.
