topic Equalizer in iOS (iPhone, iPad)

I like the new option for the equalizer feature. However, I've noticed when messing with the lows (bass) on some songs, I get a lot of static. No, I'm not turning it all the way up, it just seems to me that (in my opinion) either it doesn't provide enough bass, or I just get static. And by static I mean that crackling like sound you'd get from a bad sub in a car. I'm using high end earphones, so I know they can take pretty much anything I throw at them. Maybe this feature can be tweaked a little better? Or someone can point me in the right direction to get a better bass sound, since obviously I'm nowhere near a pro at this.

@RECON1 I realised that too and thought that I am the only one. Just wondering, does other EQ apps have the same problem too? The sound will crackle up when the bass is too strong isn't it?
