Trouble syncing to iPhone

Spotify has stopped syncing to my iPhone.

To answer some standard questions:

- I'm on WiFi, but also checked 'sync over cellular' just in case. But I'm definitely on WiFi, and a fast connection at that.

- There is plenty of space on my phone — nearly 55 gigs.

- When I try to sync it just hangs — it currently says it's syncing 1 of 3052, and has said that for the past hour or so. I've tried syncing smaller playlists to no avail.

- I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, turning the phone on and off, even fully restoring the iPhone and reinstalling Spotify. Nothing has worked.

- I'm on the latest version of iOS 7 (7.1.2) and of Spotify (1.5.0.2728) and using an iPhone 5S.

Is there something I'm not thinking of?

Can you check your Spotify subscription on spotify.com and make sure your account is on premium.

Can you follow this steps to sign out your account from everywhere:
You can sign out your Spotify Account from all devices by following the simple steps below:
1) Go to your Spotify Account & Login
Click here: https://www.spotify.com/sg-en/account/overview/
2) At the right side of the page you will see this:
Sign out everywhere
Sign out wherever you have Spotify open, including the web, mobile, desktop or any other devices.
3) Click on the button that says: “Sign out Everywhere”
4) Done!

After that, I'll need you to remove all offline devices:
1) https://www.spotify.com/sg-en/account/offline-devices/
2) Remove all devices

Than I'll need you reinstall your iOS app and try again.

If problems still persist, I'll need you to contact support to do a reset on your account:
