      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there &lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/803937"&gt;@Crazylord_2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the community! Have you checked to make sure that you are using the same login as you use on the other devies? As an example, if you are using a facebook login on the computer, you can't user a username/password combo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work, I recommend uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. See if that works.&lt;/P&gt;

You need to ensure you are using the same login credentials as your account with premium. You can login to &lt;A href="http://www.spotify.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.spotify.com&lt;/A&gt; with the credentials you think you bought premium under and check to make sure the account's status is marked as Premium. Then log in to Spotify on your iPhone with the same credentials.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
