Problem with app iphone 4s,

Hi!

On my daughters Iphone 4s the app becomes shrunked when starting it up. The text still is i normal size but the screen becomes extremly small and makes it impossible to log in. The problem started now after last iOS update (7.1.2), when installing her iphone locked up and we had to reinstall with help of the computer. Have tried to reinstall the app but the problem re-occurs.

Maybe someone has changed something in the phones settings?

Go into the phones settings-> applications -> manage apps-> select all tab-> Go to options and change setting disable window option , finally save settings.
