IOS 7 Lockscreen Controls

Hi there,

For some reason, the Lockscreen controls aren't working for Spotify anymore, ever since updating to IOS 7.

Does that happen to anyone else? (Unresponsive keys)

Can you try fully restarting your device by holding the home and lock buttons together until the apple logo appears on screen and then see if this still happens?

Hi I,'ve got the same issue. Restarting fix the issue for a certain time.

It come back some time after I've resterted my device. I haven't figured out what sequence make it bug.

When it doesn't reponse to locksreen control, EarPods's Remote is still working.

Pretty sure this is an iOS 7 bug. When it happens to Spotify, it also happens to Downcast for me. I have the same problem using Bluetooth controls on both apps.

Even I was facing this issue starting today morning. I just followed the restart way pointed out in this post and now it is fixed. Will update back if I see this again.

I had the 5s and I did not have this issue, but I have just switched back to my 4s spotify does not show up on the lockscreen. My 5s was on 7.0.4 and it worked and my 4s is on 7.1.2 and it doesn't work so I don't the issue.
