I have noticed that when I listen to music every so often . The tracks just freeze , to fix this I have to advance the track or if I fast dorward the song and rewind it it starts to play the song then. I reinstalling spotify and relaunched my list and still having same problems .

Can you clarify whether or not you are on wifi or cellular network?

Off line playlist and it happens on both

You can try to available offline the playlist or
Also check your Settings -> Music Quality -> Sync Quality, make sure it is not at Extreme, so your 3G won't take the hit to buffer. You can try Normal and give a shot!
