iOS & Windows 8.1 Spotify Desktop spotify apps dropping out and restarting mid songs

Hi Spotify Community,

For the past 2-3 months i have been having sporadic spotify track drop outs in the middle of a song, the song will just pause and then start playing, very similary how on other services a stream would be buffering to catch up and grab more data.

The problem is that isnt just on one device, it is on all devices and is on a mixture of Wired Internet/Wifi/4G network data.

Its getting quite frustrating to say the least, and i was wondering if this issue has been a problem for anybody else, and what measures i can try to get rid of the issue

Things i have tried:

- Uninstalling and reinstalling the apps on both iOS devices, and completely reinstalling the app on my windows computer. I have also due to another issue completely rebuilt my home pc computer, and installed a fresh copy of WIndows 8.1, and the spotify app was doing the same thing lastnight.

Is there any log information that i can get my hands on to see what may be causing these problems ?

@robbietapping Can you check your Windows Firewall settings? for your phone can you try using 4G - it should work fine. Do you use any Spotify Connect features?
