topic Spotify Developers in iOS (iPhone, iPad)

How can you guys make a product that does exactly what the worst thing about disc music was? The skipping. You are on the cusp of absolutely dominating the market, and rather you come up with a folly that seems to be the utmost basic concept -- digital music that doesn't skip.

It's well documented everywhere that this occurs in a widespread instance.

- Songs will start to play briefly, then suddenly jump to another song.
- I've even started to hear static feedback from other songs while I play a song.

So now we're not even in the disc age, it's the radio age.

I haven't said anything for the longest time, expecting it to be fixed. But rather it's not even addressed by your development team. No, disabling hardware acceleration doesn't do a thing.

Things like this is exactly why I left Rhapsody, and why it's being left behind by all. Please don't repeat history.

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.

Cheers!
