Inconsistent grayed playlists

Why some of my playlists are grayed in iPhone App, but not in Mac OS X App ?

I'm not in Offline Mode, I'm always in Online mode.

I've tried to delete the playlists from my iPhone, and sync it with my iMac. But the new playlists are still grayed.

I can play them from my iMac, but not from my iPhone !

This happend on several playlists, not all. For example : Rammstein "Rosenrot" and Rammstein "Liebeist fur alle da".

Are these tracks local files on your computer? You can see the icon that indicates local files on this link -

Effectively, my Rammstein files can be seen in the Local Files collection.

Playlist from local files are not showing up on streaming

I made my own playlist from local files and updated them with gracenotes. But they are not appearing on the list what I am listening to now. Do you know how to fix it ? Thanks,
