Spotify premium code doesn't work

I boughtna spotify premium code and used it but nothing happens. Im still in the free version... How come it won't uppgrade? I tried un installing the app and logg out and back in but nothing. Please help

I have the same problem. And on my problem it says that I´m free.

Its good now. I sent the spotify help team my code and it was on a different account. They simply mo ed the code between accounts. Try that 😞
