Problem: Stuck on HQ streaming?

Hi everyone,

I latest version of Spotify on my iPhone 6 (i actually had the same problem last month on my iphone 4s).

Even if i select normal quality in settings (about 96kbit/sec) I see that the app consumes a lot of data traffic.

I tested it:

11 MegaByte for 90 sec stream in normal quality stream

5 MegaByte for 5 sec stream in High Quality stream

Is it normal?
