Starred tracks are missing

Hi,

I had hundreds of songs starred in my starred playlist until recently, but suddenly the playlist is almost empty with only 1 song in it...I've seen that a few other people have had the same issue and it was resolved for them, but I'm not sure how they got the problem fixed - does anyone know where I can get my tracks back?

Sorry to read that your starred tracks appear to have gone 'walkabouts'. This isn't what I like to hear and I'd love to get things looked in to with the help of our accounts teams.

To reach them, may you contact us either over Twitter (@SpotifyCares) or via our contact form here. If you reach us via the contact form simply reply back to the automated reply you receive and let us know the 8 digit case number. We'll make sure the correct team get your response.

Either way, we'll have you partying to those tracks soon enough.
