Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.

Cheers!

Bluetooth: Spotify drops and switched to iPod

Whenever I play spotify in my car via bluetooth, it only plays for a couple of songs until it hits an advertisement. After the adverisement, spotify shuts off and plays my ipod music instead, and I'm unable to get back to spotify. The only way I could get back is manually disconnecting and reconnecting blutetooth connections, which is a huge pain and a hazard when driving. I have an iPhone 4s, and I drive an 2014 Camry SE.

Anyone else experiencing these problems? Or, does anyone know a solution to this? Thanks!
