Issue with my log in

Hello there!
I can not log into my Spotify account with my Facebook or email.
If I try to log in with my Facebook account it says that: "You can only use Spotify aboard for 14 days".
I forgot the password of my account and after I proceed all of those things it says that: "It looks like you are using your Facebook credentials to log in to Spotify. To change your Facebook password go to your settings page at facebook.com."
I tried to figure out what the crap does it means but nothing.
Somebody help me up? Please!

Hello and welcome to the community 🙂

Are you currently in an other country as you signed up first? Do you maybe use VPN(if you dont know what this is you probably won't use it and you can ignore this)

If you are a few days abroad you need to log in in the right country after a time. If you are in the right country please try an other browser.

If this won't work please contact the spotify employee's using this contact form.

Also know please that you need to answer to the automated message you will recieve after you sent the problem and please do also check your spam box as well 🙂

Where abouts are you at the moment, @Buci?

Your profile is set to the US, but I can see you've been abroad for more than 14 days.

Because you're on the free service, I'm afraid there is a limit with regards to accessing your Spotify account whilst on holiday/travelling etc.
