Loading Playlists into iPod Nano 6th Generation

I have been trying to get my spotify playlists onto an iPod Nano so that I can put it in my Audi and listen to the music through the Audi system. When I hook up the nano to spotify it sees it and brings up a sync all or specific lists.

I've made the lists I want on the iPod as offline lists on my computer but the only list that transfers to the iPod is the Offline playlist. I'm a premium member.

Please let me know what I need to do to sync my spotify playlists to the iPod. I can't see what I'm doing wrong.

You can only sync local files to an iPod Nano just like you can with iTunes. Unfortunately you can't sync any content from the Spotify catalogue (even with premium).
