    <description>Hey everyone,&lt;BR /&gt;This morning, 10 hours ago, I renewed my spotify premium account&lt;BR /&gt;Since then it still appears as a "free account" on my phone&lt;BR /&gt;I've restarted the app as well as re downloaded it and logged out&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone help??&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you!</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are your playlists still around? &amp;nbsp;If not, your account probably got duplicated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The best thing you can do is to get in touch with Spotify. Please make sure to include the following, to speed it up for a little bit:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Last 4 digits of your credit card (if you have paid with that)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Your PayPal mail address (if you have paid with PayPal)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Your date of birth&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Your Facebook email address (if you have Facebook)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (&lt;A href="http://twitter.com/SpotifyCares" target="_blank"&gt;@SpotifyCares&lt;/A&gt;), or by following this &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_blank"&gt;link&lt;/A&gt; to send an e-mail.&lt;BR /&gt;If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply.
