topic Sound issues in iOS (iPhone, iPad)

Recently when I'm listening to music I've got the sound up to the volume I want, after a while, no specific length of time; the sound drops to such a low level I can barely hear it! This happens when I have headphones/speaker and air playing over Apple tv! This is becoming really frustrating!! I've got eu regulation sound restrictions switched off on my iPhone. How can I stop this?
