Spotify Multitasking Not Working

So every time I exit the spotify app husing my home button or lock button, the app gets somehow killed. When I open my phone again, or go into the app again, spotify launches as it's multitasking were closed. Have tried uninstalling, and changing language on my phone. I even got myself a new phone, and the problem still was there.

That's weird. This should not be happening, even on a new phone.

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and see what is going on:
