Tracks won't sync?

Hi. I recently got a 128GB phone and was going to take full advantage of my spotify. I synced several playlist and now they just won't sync offline. It's like 9 GB and I have a lot of room left still. I've tried resetting my phone. Help?

Hi there!

There's actually a limit of 3,333 songs per device. Do you know if you're anywhere close to that? A quick way to find out would be to click on the playlist name and drag it to your desktop. It wil give you a number...that's the number of songs. Check out this FAQ link for more info - Syncing Limit

That may be it. I'm away from my laptop at the moment. So I'm not allowed to have more than 3,333 at all to sync offline?

Check to see how many songs you are trying to sync.

Correct, you can only sync 3,333 tracks for offline mode right now:
