Offline Playlists deleted

Hi,

in my Spotify account on the IPod (IOS 6) all my playlists were gone a few days ago. Nothing changed, when I play them from my IPad or my PC. I try to re-install Spotify, but it still doesn't show me my playlists. I can browse and use radio, I just don't have any access to my playlists and - consequently - can't use them offline. Any idea how to bring back my playlists (especially the Starred)?

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you get your music back

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Also you mentioned you are using iOS 6 on your iPod.

Make sure you download the Spotify app for iOS 6 instead of the regular one to make sure it will continue to work:
