OFFLINE SYNC PROBLEMS

I made a large playlist on my MacBook Pro and I want to sync it on to my phone so i can listen to playlist whenever. On my phone, about half the songs are playable, and on the playlist selection screen it only says 25 of 594 songs have synced. "available offline" is enabled on both my phone and Mac. What can I do to be able to have all the songs synced offline on my phone.

hello , i think i have a problem with my device/accounts . I had spotify on my last phone and i had the trial and when it finished i was stuck in offline mode forever in my phone but not on the tablet though , i have another phone now and tried to install spotify and logged in into my account and i was still in offline mode , so I tried the sollution on this site but still nothing . Then I made another account , but that account was in offline mode as well , is there any sollution for this ? 😞
