I have premium

I made a playlist and I and to make it available offline. The little green download logo appears but idk if it's downloading or not.

What do i do? How am I supposed to do it?

Hello and welcome to the Spotify Community!

If the arriw is green, then it's downloaded, you can check it enabling offline mode in preferences, once you activated it click on the song, if it plays is correctly synced.

Tap Available Offline to ON at the top of the playlist.
A green arrow will appear next to the playlist when it is done downloading.

If I tap the switch, get out of the playlist, and enter it again, I see the switch but know its turned off.Does that matter?

If the switch turns off, it means it didn't download.

How much free space do you have on your iPhone?

Try deleting the app and then reinstall the app.

Then try to download the playlist and see if it works.

Does it matter if I made the playlist? BTW it has 46 songs.
