&lt;P&gt;Could you try doing a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/reinstallation-of-spotify" target="_blank"&gt;full reinstallation&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;of the app, including removing your local cache/data files. That might help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Playlists not Loading on iPhone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure if I'm missing something but I've scoured the FAQs and cannot seem to find an answer anywhere.&amp;nbsp;Suddenly one day my iPhone decided that it didn't want to open the Starred playlist (which I have available offline too) and it keeps giving me the three moving dots and saying loading... but nothing ever loads. I've tried resyncing it, logging out and in again, shut down the app. I don't know what else to try. It works fine on my laptop. Anyone know whats going on??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
