      <description>Ive been using Spotify since february 1st, no more than an hour or two a day, and being today february 4th, ive already used 131mb... Is this normal? It feels like its using too much. &lt;P&gt;Yes, it's normal, I recommedn to choose the lower quality. You also can upgrade to &lt;A href="http://www.spotify.com/upgrade/" target="_self"&gt;Premium&lt;/A&gt; in order to sync songs and listen in offline mode.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The bitrate for the qualities is as follows:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Normal: 92 kilobits/second&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;High: 160 kilobits/second&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Extreme: 320 kilobits/second&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This means the amount of data for &lt;U&gt;one hour&lt;/U&gt; of playtime is:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Normal: 43.2 megabytes&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;High: 72 megabytes&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Extreme: 144 megabytes&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is greatly reduced however by utilizing the Spotify cache. This means if you listen to a song you listened to recently, less data is used than would normally be needed. But if you are listening to many different songs the cache wont make as much of a difference.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
