If I turn off my my cellular data, and/or put my iphone in airplane mode, can I still listen to spotify in offline mode? If I listen offline internationally would this cause any roaming charges?

Yes, you can still listen to Spotify in offline mode with airplane mode turned on. No roaming charges.

Just make sure you have downloaded the music before by switching on the "available offline" switch on the playlists

If you turn on offline mode and you have your playlist synced you'll be able to listen to your music without using cellular data/roaming charges, keep in mind, offline mode need to be enabled every month.
