Please somebody can help me.spotfy dont sync music offline,i have 16gb in my phone and i tried a lot of times reinstalate the app but i couldnt solve the problem....sorry for my bad english,i'm brasilian and i cant write english very good ;/ help me please
,the support of spotfy doesnt help me :(((((

I will try to guide you step by step 😄

1. Go to your Spotify app
2. Click Settings > Playback
3. Make sure Offline mode is switched off (Button should be grey)
4. Go to Your Music > Select Playlist you wish to listen offline
5. At the top you can see > Available Offline button
6. Slide it to the right (so it turns green)
7. Once you have done that tracks will start to download
8. Enjoy your music offline
