    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I´m having difficulties reseting password (forgotten)&amp;nbsp;since the reset function inside Spotify requires a link being sent to my registered email, which does no longer exist. And to change emailadress I need my password!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried the alternative reset via Facebook, but this only takes me back to the earlier instruction.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What do I do to reset without relying on the registeres email?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I hope you can help me. I just reset my password, but now i am having problems logging in in all my devices. &amp;nbsp;I tried to re-install the app in my iphone but I can't login either saying that my username and password is invalid. &amp;nbsp;Also, will i be losing the playlists that I am following and my own playlist after resetting my password?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there. You shouldn't lose any playlists after resetting your password. Have you tried the "Forgot Password" link on the login page from the computer?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If none of that has worked,&amp;nbsp;I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page &lt;A href="https://twitter.com/SpotifyCares" target="_blank"&gt;@SpotifyCares&lt;/A&gt; or through the online &lt;A href="http://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support" target="_blank"&gt;contact form&lt;/A&gt;. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
