BUG A2DP Bluetooth + Waze Volume issue

Description

When using Waze and Spotify together it causes the volume of the spotify music to lower and never return to normal if you have the Waze app open and go back to the home screen during a spoken direction.

A more detailed description, using numbered steps

1. Been an issue since I can rememmber 8+ months possibly years.

2. Pandora doesn't have this issue,

3. Soundcloud doesn't have this issue

4. Present in all Versions of spotify

5. then this

6. and finally, this

What I expected to happen

Spotify music should return to normal volume regardless if the waze app is brought to background during a directional prompt.

What actually happened

The volume on spotify remains lowered as if Waze was still continuing to provide spoken directions.

My iPad/iPhone model

Happens on my 5, 5s, 6, and 6s

Exactly same issue here on Iphone 6, ios 8.1.2

Still having the same issues. Not sure if this is a Waze or Spotify issue. But it doesn't happen with any other GPS app that I have tried and seen.
