Local files are not remaining synced

Whenever I go through the process of syncing local files to my iPhone 6 and my iPad, the songs remain synced to playlist for a couple of days...

And then without fail they magically grey out.

And I'm not switching off the sync offline option on the movile device.

Why does this happen?

I dont want to have to keep syncing every 2 days.

Sorry, but this is currently a bug in the app.

The app developers are aware of the bug and hopefully it will be fixed in a future update.

This also happens to me. Samsung Galaxy S3. This is annoying. I got Premiun because the mobile internet is crap here, cant even stream musik with lowest quality. pls fix asap. Cant live without music ❤️

Hi,

it also happens that it's not possible to sync that song again, even removing from the playlist and adding it to anew one won't lead to a successful syncing. Is that teh same known bug?

Yes, you'll have to delete the app and reinstall it to get them to resync.
