Spotify won't open!!! Help please

Spotify won't open, whenever I click it, it goes back to the home screen
I've shut off and powered on my phone but it didn't help I also did that thing where you going to your language settings and change it and change it back.. Nothing is working
Advice?

Anyways also I have an iPhone 5c if that means anything and had spotify working fine yesterday

Hi there and welcome to the community,

Could you try doing a full reinstallation of the app, including removing your local cache/data files.

same problem, has spotted working since the latest update, deleted and reinstalled, same problem. when i click the app, the icon darkens for a second but doesnt open as normal. have an iphone 4. please fix this, im paying for premium, and am not happy to have days where i cant access it

I suggest you contact support so they can help you. Make sure you tell them that you have already tried the troubleshooting steps.

Could you both confirm the following for us:

1. Your exact device

2. The OS

3. The Spotify app version installed

4. How much space you available
