Updated Spotify songs missing

Hi,
I've updatef Spotify and now I find that a lot of songs are missing from my playlists. The app says "playlist with 9 songs" but there are only 3 songs inside. I can see all the songs missing from my Mac, so the playlist is ok.

What do I have to do? I need my playlists back on my phone!

I'm using iPhone 4S with iOS7.

Are these greyed out songs?

Go into the settings and turn off "hide uplayable songs" under "playback"

If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the app.

This seems to be a long-standing bug. Every iOS update causes tracks to disappear.

Is there a way to stop updates? And if not, when will this bug get fixed? I hate having to deal with this crap with each update; it's annoying enough that I'll probably cancel Spotify soon since I only use it for syncing and not streaming.
