Stuck in shuffle

Anyone else have this issue? I download the app on iOS (currently on 8.2) and after a few days everything is stuck in shuffle. It's really annoying when you're trying to listen to an album. It's been doing this for over a year, but I finally got tired of it and decided to post. If I delete and reinstall the app it works again for a few days, then it goes back into shuffle mode. I never even use shuffle so I don't know why it's doing this.

I've already reinstalled the iOS when the update to 8 crashed it but it still does the same thing. It's a problem with the app, not my phone.

If you have a premium subscription, you will be able to turn off shuffle in the iPhone app.

Also, when you are going to play a playlist, make sure you select the first song in the playlist. Do not click on the green shuffle play button or it will turn on shuffle.
