Do you have enough free space on your device? The more you make available offline the more Spotify will use.<BR />2. In the Spotify app look under settings&gt;Playback what your settings are for syncing. Syncing works by default over WiFi only.<BR />3. You could try to change the quality setting in the menu mentioned at 2 to try if that works.<BR /><BR />Let us know if any of this helps!
