Not all functions working over mobile network

Hi all,

I work as technical support and one of my users asks me this: he uses Spotify on his iPhone 6 over mobile network but the only working module is Radio. When he wants to listen to a specific song or album it doesn't work. Yet when he connects to Wifi everything works fine.

Any advice?

Hello and welcome to the Spotify Community!

He should log out/log in, most of the times it solves the problem.

If it doesn't work, he can try uninsttalling and reinstalling the app.
