iPhone 3GS does not update playlists

There is no way to download my new playlists (created with the Mac Spotify app). I tryed restarting the app, changing views, everything. It just won't update.

I could not find a sync or update button..

The latest version of iOS that the iPhone 3GS supports is iOS 6.

You need to download the Spotify for iOS 6 app to continue using the app. The current up to date app will no longer work on iOS 6.

I also wanted to reactivate my iPhone 3GS as a spotify player (because of the iPod interface on this cheap setero I got...)
it is running iOS6.1.6 which seems to be the most uptodate iOS for this device.
But: App stoe will no grant me the app unless I update my iOS to 7.0 (or higher) which is not avalaible for my device
and your posted link gives me an access denied.....
