iTunes Billing issues

Hi. This is my first community post and I must say that iPhone users have to pay $12.99+TAX because there is no other way and that credit card users / PayPal / any other kind of payment methods can pay $9.99+tax with an option to pay less and that they have more perks. After discussing and emailed with them, I recieved no good answer to my question. What can I do to complain?

Hello and welcome to the Spotify Community!

With iTunes you pay 9'99, but you need to pay iTunes too, so you pay 12'99, if you want to pay 9'99, cancel your subscription and upgrade through the Spotify page.

If I subscribe thru the Spotify Page, than I pay via Credit Cards and stuff. I'm 15, and the only way I pay is thru Gift Cards I get every month. Any other way?

If you want to pay 9'99, then you need to buy a gift card, is the only way.
