&lt;P&gt;The account linked to your community profile has never had Premium - do you use another account? &amp;nbsp;If you contact the support team via this&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact" target="_self"&gt;Link&lt;/A&gt;, they should be able to help you get into your Premium account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will get an auto-reply to your ticket - simply reply back to the email to put your case back into the live filter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Premium not working</title>

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I subscribed to premium last week by accident when I entered into my free trial period. The payment of $13 is withdrawn from my account, but when the "free" trial was over my account went back to no subscription even though I've been charged for it. I have tried to log out and back in, and to delete and re download the app, but I'm still A free user and not premium. Please help!</description>
