Spotify connect doesn't work between two iOS devices

Hi all,

My iPhone is connected to the speaker and I want to control the music playing on it via my iPad mini. This doesn't work. I can't see the iPhone on iPad and I can't see the iPad on iPhone.

The weird thing is I can control the music on Windows laptop.

Is it not possible to control the Spotify app on an iOS device with another Spotify app in another iOS device.

Here are some facts:
1. I have a premium subscription
2. I can use the Spotify connect feature between a windows laptop and an iOS device.
3. All iOS and Spotify are updated to the latest version.
4. Both iOS devices connected to the same wifi.

Don't have two devices to check this at the moment, but it looks like you can't use connect with two mobile devices.

This seems to work now. I don't know why, because I haven't changed anything. The only difference I can think of is that while starting both devices were next to each other.
