Offline availability disappears

Twice I have had all of the playlists that were previously available offline stop being availble offline - on both my macbook pro and iPhone. That means that I have to open each playlist and click the available offline button again and that is VERY tedious - why does this happen and how do I prevent it?

Hi Jefcon,

For as far as I know this could happen if your memory is full or you have toggled the quality switches in the app.

That might be it - I did toggle to better quality. Memory is fine. Thanks...
