&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They should have upgraded the Spotify account you gave them (I think).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have they upgraded an account or have they told you to do something before they upgrade it?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Provided your Spotify account is on free, they should be able to upgrade it. If it is currently premium, you'll need to cancel your subscription, let it revert to free, then they can upgrade it.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had Spotify Free and I then upgraded my phone contract with Vodafone to include Spotify premium free for 12 months. How do I update my Spotify account to premium ? I have been asked to cancel my Spotify Free account but I don't think I can do that ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Go to &lt;A href="http://vfau.co/redoffer/" target="_blank"&gt;http://vfau.co/redoffer/&lt;/A&gt; and sign in with your Vodafone account. Select the Spotify offer, and then sign in with your Spotify account. You will need to authorise Vodafone to access your Spotify account. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That should then automatically give you premium for the period you are entitled to.</description>
