CRITICAL RADIO PROBLEM

I was listening to a radio station from dR sound effects, and a track called "juicey porn orgasm" played, and was added to my radio station as a new station.., and i cant get it off my radio stations, and there is a bunch of recomendations for porn sounds.. And you can understand it could be awkward with your account packed with sex sounds, fix it spotify, or im demanding my money back...
Is there any poasibility you guys can go in and edit my account and reset the radio?
Or give me a new account?
