Someone is on my account and I want them off. What do I do?

Hi there and welcome to the community,

Don't worry, the first thing that you need to do is change your password. If you account is connected with Facebook, then I'd recommend to change that password as well.

Then go to the Account Overview and click on the "Log Out everywhere" button.

If you someone is still using your account after you did these steps, then I'd recommend to get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form. If you are unable to login, then use the alternative form.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
