Spotify Hanging On Launch (iOS Beta 9)

Background: I'm running iOS 9 beta on an iPhone 6 Plus connected to an Apple Watch on Watch OS 2 beta, so I'm used to everything being buggy with my phone. But until this week, I've never had an issue isolated to the Spotify app.

(Kudos, Spotify devs!!)

Problem: today, I launched Spotify and it immediately hung. I "killed" the app and relaunched, and it let me hit play, but it didn't play anything. I started reading through the forums (https://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-iOS-iPhone-iPad/iOS-8-Support/td-p/920479/page/1) and found a fix that worked for a lot of people running iOS 8. I tried it for my iOS 9 setup and it worked like a charm!

Solution:

1. On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Language & Region > Region

2. Change your region. (Not sure the rest of these steps are actually necessary. Post if you skip them and it still works! I still recommend doing step 6, though... *wink*)

3. Launch or switch over to Spotify.

4. Kill Spotify.

5. Reopen Settings and navigate back to the Region screen if necessary.

6. Change your region back to your actual country of origin.
