Log in problem

When i try to LOG IN with my (since many years) mail address and password i get the messege (translated from swedish):

"You have allready created a account with this e-mail address"

I have installed and reinstalled the app many times.

I use iPhone 5s

When i try to LOG IN on spotify on my computer it says (translated from swedish):

"User name or password is incorrect"

I downloaded spotify to my computer yesterday (july 24, 2015)

I use win7

I have no problem to log in here on the community.

I have also used the "Log out from every device"-button here on the spotify website.

Hi Puttriken,

Have you ever logged into Spotify using your Facebook account?

Have you tried FB login for your issue yet?

Have you tried the regular email/pw login but login with your FB email and password instead?

So there is no support? Cause when i e-mailed the support i got a auto-answer telling me to go to this community.
