Hi, I was having this same problem. What you have to do is reinstall the app on all of your devices. This won't delete any songs from your playlists since they are in your account. If this problem continues to occur, then I suggest you take it to the Spotify Support crew.

So I need to disable offline on my old iPod Touch cause it no longer gets used anymore but when I go to remove it from my devices it doesn't go under iPod touch it goes under iPhone and all 3 devices I have synced for offline play are registered as iPhones. The thing is it is to hard to remove all devices but it says the last time the device was updated, is there any way that I can "update" my iPod touch or see when it was last uodated? Please help I would like to have this problem solved ASAP.

Thanks.

If a picture helps at all, here is a picture.
